The Red Giant

We've been working hard on realising our vision for our short sci-fi film Syntactic Labyrinths.
This space film requires us to make many different planets and by approaching teach one of them in a physically accurate way, you'll get solid results.

In this tutorial we will be going over the Atmosphere by using photo-textures as reference to guide a Fresnel - Gradient.
We will also use NASA textures for the globe and we will use the Corona Layered Material to create a separation between the land and the water.

We will also go in-depth of the Corona Volume Material to create the atmosphere.
