Applying HDR Stars to Footage

Today we will be looking at how to add starfields to your night time shots. When shooting a night time shot it's almost impossible to expose both to your actors and the night sky. It is however quite simple to composite your star assets into the scene. We will cover a little bit of motion tracking followed by using Cinema 4D and Corona Renderer to check the exposure of the stars. We will be using our own Star Fields that have been extracted from real NASA stars.
